Beautiful vintage c. 1970s Zuni chandelier earrings with small, expertly cut turquoise stones set into silver. The most traditional Zuni style of jewelry is called "petit point", which can be identified by tiny turquoise stones each supported in its own bezel. It is extremely time-consuming work and is very delicate in appearance.
These earrings measure just over 2.75" long and weight 6.1g. They are signed by the maker on the reverse. Many Zuni artists sign their pieces by using an "electric pencil" for engraving. They use this method to write out an entire name, or at least the name, and often Zuni, NM, too. You will receive the pictured earrings.
