Hathor #8 Turquoise Ring - Size 9

Regular price $535.00 CAD Sale

Hathor was an Egyptian goddess of joy, feminine love, and motherhood. She was worshiped by both royalty and the common people and was thought to have supported women in childbirth and also looked after music, dance, and fertility. The goddess was known as the Mistress of the West, Mistress of Turquoise, and Mistress of Foreign Lands.

Turquoise is one of the oldest protection amulets. If given to a friend, it is said the stone will protect the wearer from negative energy and bring good fortune. This stone is a very personal one for whomever is wearing it - it takes on the characteristics of its owner, reflecting them back like a mirror.

The Hathor Turquoise statement ring features a stunning #8 turquoise cabochon from Nevada set on a 2 1/8" long x 1 1/4" wide fine and sterling silver bezel. The back is decorated with a cutout heart to remind the wearer to nurture self-love. Stamped on the back with my maker’s mark, it is a size 9. You will receive the pictured ring.
