The charms cluster elegantly together as a singular talisman when slid onto a chain. The centerpiece of the collection is a substantial 18k yellow gold puffy heart with a distinct cleft. It is paired with an 18k gold Italian cross with a sleek minimalist profile, and anchored by a highly detailed 14k gold maritime anchor.
