A beautiful Georgian ring holds the loveliest agate with beautiful autumnal shades.
This early 1800s ring has been crafted in 14k yellow gold (tests thereabout), without hallmarks, as was typical for the age. The agate is oval in shape, measuring approximately 8.5 mm tall x 6.3 mm wide, and sits in a closed back setting. The chased floral bezel and shoulders are adorned with foliage, with a fluted shank, a popular Georgian design.
This ring fits like a snug 6 and weighs 1.4g. In lovely antique condition, with an old solder repair on the back, done in antiquity. A wonderful antique treasure. You will receive the pictured ring.
